Siva's journey took a remarkable turn as he discovered his true passion for training, coaching, and personal development. Siva's credentials include certification as a Law of Attraction Facilitator under the mentorship of Michael Losier, a globally renowned trainer and author of the international bestseller "Law of Attraction – The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t." In 2008, Siva co-founded The LOA Centre Malaysia, assuming the role of Managing Director in 2012. The LOA Centre Malaysia stands as a leading provider of "soft-skills" training, specializing in Attitude, Leadership Development, and Performance Excellence for both individuals and groups. Additionally, the center offers a diverse range of Corporate Programs focusing on Sales Excellence, Team Performance, and Executive Coaching. Siva's commitment to the principles of the Law of Attraction goes beyond professional realms; it extends into his family life. Since 2008, he has been applying simple yet effective tools and techniques to guide his three children to success in academics, family life, social interactions, and community engagement. The extraordinary achievements of Siva's family, particularly his twin daughters Kavitha and Kavena, attracted the attention of Michael Losier himself. The twins were interviewed twice by Michael, showcasing their knowledge and success with the Law of Attraction. Recently, a video featuring all three siblings, including their elder brother Kreshna, celebrating straight A's in their major exams, led to the launch of a phenomenal youth/teen program by Siva, Devi, and The LOA team. Siva's impact transcends the borders of his family and The LOA Centre Malaysia. He has shared the stage with illustrious global leaders from the insurance and financial planning industry, participated in radio and television interviews, and continues to conduct training seminars. Currently, he dedicates the majority of his work to performance coaching with individual and group clients, focusing on achieving spectacular results in sales and team performance through a specially designed Performance Coaching Program. My journey has taken me from the bustling streets of Johor to the historical sites of Malacca and the serene beauty of Negeri Sembilan, weaving threads of empowerment and liberation for my sisters. As I navigate through time's passageways, my mission is clear: to uplift the aspirations of those who have been disregarded, undervalued, and silenced for far too long. My resolute determination echoes within the societal structures that perpetuate inequality, as I fervently advocate for the advancement of gender parity—a movement that ignites my soul. I firmly believe that every woman deserves treatment that upholds her dignity, demonstrates respect, and ensures equality. With unwavering resolve, I strive to dismantle the obstacles hindering the progress of our female counterparts, ensuring their voices resonate throughout the country. Yet, my passion extends beyond advocacy. I empathize deeply with single mothers navigating a challenging journey burdened by obligations. Efforts are exerted to empower individuals, offering assistance to enable them to achieve self-sufficiency. With great ardour, I engage in enlightening conversations with women and schoolgirls, nurturing their minds and hearts. I teach them the importance of education, planting seeds of ambition and fostering a hunger for knowledge. Through education, we empower them to break free from societal limitations and become architects of their destinies. In my journey, I offer not only practical guidance but also spiritual enlightenment. I encourage my sisters to embrace their connection with the universe, reminding them that they are never alone. Meet Kavitha Sivapragasam, a dynamic and accomplished individual who brings a unique blend of academic excellence, athletic prowess, and community engagement to her role as the Internal Auditor of our club. Graduating with first-class honors from the Exercise & Sport Science Program at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kavitha's achievements extend far beyond the academic realm. Recognized as the Best Female Graduate and Best Student in the School of Health Science at the 59th USM Convocation, Kavitha's dedication to excellence is evident. A seasoned track and road race athlete, she has competed both nationally and internationally, showcasing her commitment to sportsmanship and endurance. In addition to her athletic endeavors, Kavitha has been acknowledged for her entrepreneurial spirit, being awarded the Top 22 Student Entrepreneur in Malaysia by the Ministry of Higher Education. Her contributions to community fitness programs and mental health initiatives have earned her accolades, including being named one of the Top 10 Young Talents in Malaysia by Monsta Asia organization in 2020. As the youngest fitness trainer recognized by the National Institute of Sports Malaysia, Kavitha has been instrumental in promoting wellness in the corporate industry through the pioneering national hybrid program 'Fit Malaysia X.' Her passion for community well-being was further demonstrated during the nationwide lockdown in March 2020, when she collaborated with her lecturer to create free home-based workouts, impacting thousands of lives locally and internationally. A youth coach for the HeadStart for Youths and Teens Program by The LOA Centre (M) Sdn Bhd, Kavitha actively advocates for the power of wellness and mental health. Her dedication to inspiring others is evident through her participation as a guest speaker and contributor in numerous events, including the AIESEC Universiti Malaya "Speak Up" National Program 2020 and the World Mental Health Day International Forum 2020. Driven by a vision of changing, inspiring, and saving over 1,000,000 lives in the next decade, Kavitha epitomizes the spirit of passion and purpose. Meet Carol Anthony, a stalwart in Human Resource Management with over two decades of dedicated service in both national and multinational settings. Her journey in the HR domain commenced as a Human Resource Assistant and has evolved through various pivotal roles, showcasing her adaptability, expertise, and commitment to continuous growth. As an HRDC-accredited trainer, Carol has immersed herself in diverse compliance areas, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977, Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002, SEDEX, and C-TPAT. This extensive training has fortified her ability to implement robust internal controls and conduct comprehensive risk assessments. Carol's dedication to continuous learning is exemplified by her participation in courses organized by SHRM, Cambridge English For Life, and the completion of the NLP Practitioner Certification course, along with various occupational safety and health-related programs. With an impressive academic background, including an MBA in Entrepreneurship, BBus in Business Admin, Certificate in Personnel Management, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Carol stands as a testament to the value of education in professional development. With over 20 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry, Michelle Ong brings a wealth of expertise in mergers, system upgrades, regulatory compliance, and project management. Holding a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), she has successfully led and completed numerous high-impact projects, demonstrating her strengths in strategic planning, supervisory roles, and financial management.
Now, Michelle is channeling her passion for education into Financial Literacy and Business Entrepreneurship, offering courses and coaching to empower individuals with essential financial skills. She firmly believes that financial knowledge is a key pillar of mental well-being, as financial stress is one of the major contributors to anxiety and emotional distress.
As the Assistant Treasurer of Kelab MINDA Malaysia, Michelle plays a pivotal role in ensuring the sustainability and growth of the club’s initiatives. She actively supports programs that promote mental wellness, resilience, and financial stability, in alignment with Kelab MINDA’s mission to build happier, healthier communities.

Joining the MINDA team, Kavena Sivapragasam is a young spirit with a deep-rooted passion for sustainability, community work, and an avid mental health advocate. Growing up in a family that emphasises on the importance of community contribution as the central purpose of life, Kavena has been actively involved in events and initiatives that focuses on creating a positive impact for the people. She has firsthand seen the power of collaborative efforts from like-minded individuals coming together to achieve a common goal - developing a safe space for expression, gratitude, growth and fulfilment. From volunteering at orphanages, clean ups and projects for differently-privileged communities, Kavena has always been drawn to any efforts resulting to a meaningful impact in the lives of others. She firmly believes that small acts of kindness can make a significant difference and this has fueled her commitment to continue contributing through MINDA. As a psychology graduate with a deep interest in enhancing human potential through positive technology and cognitive neuroscience, Kavena has played an active role in the development and implementation of the RESET app. Through her research with the app, there were positive relationships between the usage of the app in cultivating a sense of gratitude among the users which indirectly influenced an increase in work productivity. With the promising results from her research, Kavena has been dedicated to continue with the digital enhancement of the app towards further improving the positive mental well-being of the continuously expanding community of users, with the ultimate goal of achieving a fulfilling life.
