We, the RESET team believe in helping to provide a safe and secure platform for individuals to express and grow into more positive beings. Hence it would be encouraged that each and every one of the users will help to foster the integrity of this community. Feel free to express yourself through this platform whilst complying with the terms and conditions. Respect and encourage your friends towards positivity.


Long Description

The RESET app was created with a vision to reduce negativity which is on the rise within the society. This app came to life after considering so many different aspects and views from the society to ensure that a safe environment exists within the RESET community.
We, therefore created the Community Guideline to help users to understand and protect this growing community. By using the RESET app, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in this guideline and we hope that you will be as committed to it as we are too.


Basic Terms

  1. Each user is entitled to "ONE" user account only.
    We employ various tools which are effective in accurately detecting duplicate accounts. Registering additional accounts will result in temporary suspension to your main account and your subsequent accounts will be disabled. A notice will be sent to your main account’s email to inform you of the actions carried out.
  2. Share only stories and media that you’ve taken.
    You have total ownership of your account and hence, we would encourage you to only share your own stories, experiences, photos and videos on it. Keep in mind to post only authentic and real stories that you are rightfully permitted to do so.
  3. Post stories and media that are appropriate for all audience.
    As mentioned above, you own your account. So, remember that your posts can be viewed by other users who come from different social backgrounds, ages and beliefs and therefore, may have differing views. Respect others and post mindfully. Any posts that goes against the commmunity guidelines will be removed at the Admin's discretion.
  4. Respect other users.
    Since the RESET app is a platform to express, we would like to remind you to encourage other users rather than ridiculing them. Keep zapping them to bounce back to positivity whenever something negative pops up. We have disabled the option to comment on posts as part of the initiative to enhance good and healthy interactions among users.
  5. Obey the law.
    The RESET app is not a place to support and encourage terrorism, criminal activities, cyber bullying, sexual services, and illegal dealing of weapons, drugs or any prohibited items and activities.

    6. Accounts promoting these kind of services will be disabled without prior notice as it jeopardizes the integrity of this community.


    Community Guidelines

    Below are some of the basic guidelines to follow when using the Reset App:

    1. Only share experiences that you have experienced.
    2. If you are sharing an experience that belongs to someone else, please get their permission before posting.
    3. Photos with nudity, partial nudity and/or sexually suggestive content will not be tolerated and will be removed from the community.
    4. Any form of sales of marketing products using the app will not be allowed & user who commited the mistake will be removed from the community.
    5. Please share posts that are suitable for users aged 12 years old and above.
    6. Any form of spamming will not be tolerated.
    7. All users have the permission to report Reset Moments that go against these guidelines and said moment will be removed.
    8. Content posted by users are the full responsibility of said user & they have to ensure the right content is posted.
    9. Reset App & The LOA Centre (M) Sdn Bhd are not responsible for any form of content forgery and will take action against those who are deemed to be misuing the app.


    Support Disclaimer

    1. Please allow a grace period of two(2) working days for any posts to be removed due to the live nature of the application.
