Steps:
1. Objective of WIFLE

Safe space to express yourself authentically, with respect

Surface all that is ‘unsaid’. Removes any negative vibes being harbored due to unexpressed feelings. (Reminder: Any unexpressed feelings/emotions, although swept under the carpet, are still negative vibes in ones vibrational bubble. Law of Attraction will match that vibe by giving more of the same negative-vibed results)
2. Guidelines

Parties involved understands that it’s a safe space to have authentic comprehensive conversation, said with respect

You are allowed to express about third party who in not present in the circle.

Use ‘Sandwich Approach’ – (1) Uplift (2) Feedback (3) Uplift when you are expressing to someone that is in the circle.

Only one person speaks at a time – the rest will have to actively listen and take notes. Not allowed to butt in
-
Must say ‘thank you’ after a member completes expressing – this neutralises / lessens any possible negative vibe.
3. Steps in conducting a WIFLE

Zapper (or person who initiates the WIFLE) starts by asking “What do you feel like expressing (name of team member / other person)?"

Team member proceeds “What I feel like expressing is …”. Team member finishes with “That’s what I feel like expressing”

Everyone else thanks the team member. Team member then passes to the next person by asking “What do you feel like expressing (name of next team member)?

The session goes on until everyone gets a chance.

Once completed, Zapper thanks everyone and sets the next date for the Happiness Circle meet.
